Here is a recipe for you- thanks to a fellow nurse! Feta Chicken and Orzo Prepare a box of Orzo- set to side to let cool Chop up 2 carrots 1 small purple onion and 1/2 frozen box of spinach Prepare chicken breasts- grilled or baked- cut up into pieces and set aside to cool Mix together all veggies and 1 pack of feta cheese For seasoning and dressing- 4 oz.
