Steam chicken is so easy to make. I’ve been making these for the past few days for XT as she is on the Atkins Diet. Personally I used the chicken thigh as its tastier and easier to eat. Its not so meaty like the breast and has more meat than the drumstick. Heres the steps I’ve followed so far. 1) Rub salt on the thigh.
