Chia Chomp

Morning! My Tuesday is off to a good start. After my 6:26 wake-up call (followed by a 10:26 bedtime ), I checked my iPhone emails and then rolled onto the floor for 20 minutes of Power Vinyasa #3 . The stretch was much needed! Then I cart wheeled into the kitchen for some breakfast.
